Am I able to cancel my order?
Please e-mail email@example.com if you’d like to cancel your order. We are only able to cancel orders if the order has not already shipped. Please keep in mind that we try to ship out packages as quickly as possible so requests for cancellations should be sent as soon as possible.
What to do if something in my order is damaged?
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
When will I receive my order?
- We usually ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons or weekends orders may take up to 2 business days to ship orders.
- Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day after shipping.
Will you restock out of stock items?
We are not able to reorder everything we originally ordered, but we do attempt to reorder our best sellers. If we are able to reorder the item, we will post the item on our Arriving Soon page, found here: Arriving soon.
How can I make a return?

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?
In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, (our apologies in advance) please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and we will contact you with the next steps.
What are my free shipping options?
- We offer free Standard Shipping for all U.S. orders over $100. Standard Shipping delivery takes up to an estimated 6 business days from the date of shipping out.
- Orders under $100 that ship will be shipped under the most economical shipping method, which can include but is not limited to services available through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
What are my shipping options besides free shipping?
- We also offer three priced shipping options for U.S. orders:
- Priced Ground with estimated delivery within 4 business days of shipping out.
- Priced Express 2-Day with delivery within 2 business days of shipping out.
- Priced Express 1-Day with delivery within 1 business days of shipping out.
- All shipping options are available to review at checkout.
- Priced shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The cost is based on the weight of the package.
Drop Shipping Policy · What & How ?
We provide a fulfillment model that allows you to buy products individually from us and ship them directly to your customer. Instead of purchasing a large amount of inventory, you simply partner with us and list our merchandise for sale. Then, once you receive an order you forward it to us for fulfillment. We will ship the product directly from our warehouse to your customer, and charge you only for the price of the shipped item.
